Understanding the Summit Method

Walk into Summit on any given day and you’ll notice something different: there’s rhythm to the training. Every class follows a simple, intentional pattern—Structure. Sweat. Support.

It starts with Structure. Our weekly programming is designed to balance strength, conditioning, and recovery. This means you’ll never overtrain one system or feel lost wondering what to do next. Whether it’s your first class or your fiftieth, the framework is the same—build, move, recover, repeat.

Then comes the Sweat. Each workout is challenging but scalable, combining barbell work, functional movements, and metabolic conditioning to push your limits safely. You’ll learn technique first, intensity second.
